Hotell Klubben has a good and long history. There has been a hotel here since the 1880s. The area is within cultural heritage "the medieval town of Tønsberg". Hotel Klubben in Tønsberg will be renovated and expanded.
The Rolvsrud Arena project comprises 300 apartments in five apartment buildings and approx. 1,100 m2 commercial premises at ground level, with an underground car park.
